when i first got the R i thought the exhaust was perfect. now that its been over a year it is not loud enough for me so i went to my local muffler guy and he came up with a great idea. he will incorporate the "exhaust flappers" to completely bypass the mufflers to give a really loud exhaust.

the point of this post is to find out if anyone has heard the xkr 5.0 with no mufflers on it. i want it really loud and still have the ability to quite it down by exiting the dynamic mode which will close the "flappers" and go back to stock noise.

i will be keeping the original center section. i believe that is the resonator.
