Default The dashboard lights in my 2008 XKR

The dashboard lighst in my 2008 XKR are not working and the local Jaguar dealer workshop is unable to find the fault. Can anyone suggest a fix?

The illumination lights?

Stupid question here, but are your headlights turned to ON, PARK, or AUTO???

The entire cluster in mine had to be replaced by the dealer at around 50k miles.
