I'm thinking about purchasing 2007 or 2008 XK and I have a questions on different seats I have been seeing in some cars. Are the two different seat patterns in the attached photos just a cosmetic change or is one a seat a different/better option? I read that some came with Recaros seats but I don't believe either of these are those.

On a side note, Is is normal to see a car like the 1st picture with the tan/beige seats but have a gray dash and carpet?

For those years there are two options. The one with the center strip is on the base model and the one on the right is on a loaded car with more leather. Hard to find the first one as most came as well optioned cars.

Yes, the grey and light beige/off white is a normal interior combo.
