My driver's seat is 1/2 reclined....it will recline even further, but it won't return to an "upright" position??

 

Common problem, but usually in reverse with not able to recline far enough. A seat module reprogram is what you need. Either a Jag dealer or someone around with the Jag Land Rover program called SSD.

 

ALSO, to help everyone understand what you're asking, it is best to put your Model Year and Vehicle Specs in each post. Completing a SIGNATURE BLOCK helps a ton.

Your seat is computer controlled, so just like your PC you may need to do a "hard reset" to reboot it. I think there's a sticky on how to do that. It's easy. If that doesn't work, then you'll probably need to have a Jaguar dealer or indy mechanic with Jaguar experience and the proprietary Jaguar SDD software to reset your car. See:
