Default The easiest place to get audio signal for a sub

Where would it be? I removed the back seat, hoping to nick the signal from a loudspeaker back there. Noticed that I'd have to remove also the side panel, and it was not so easy. I gave up. Any suggestions?

Any signal to the rear speakers will already have the Low Frequencies removed from the source, so the 20-200 Hz signal will not be present back there.
Evidently I'm not much help.
Probably off the Amp would be the place.
What system do you have?
Course I'm no expert, but some systems have a sub already in the passenger foot well.

It can't be that the low line system doesn't have a lower signal then 200hz!?
I can understand if they did it on cars with the subwoofer but not the low line system.

I guess it is possible, but since all the sources come out of the processor, they are USUALLY choked and throttled to the specific frequency of the intended drivers. Putting a low (20-200) frequency into a mid-range driver will distort the sound.
There is a separate thread on the Audio System in the forum, maybe check that and ask those with MUCH more knowledge than I have on this.

Naah, those guys have other high-end things on their mind, they do not answer to silly questions like these. I tried.

At the back of the CD player you'll find all the speaker outputs, the base system has an internal amp, all the connections are there.

Jeebus. That is the easiest place? Does the amp really cut the low signal from rear loudspeakers?

Guess I have to find the instructions to removing the CD player.
