Default Ecm info question

Ran my diagnostics scanner and it gave out a fault. I went into the data stream mode which is a bit overwhelming for me as there are around 250 readings. I found a couple that seem to be referencing the o2 sensors but they all appeared normal. Does “low voltage “ on the sensor suggest the sensor is failing? Data stream said no cat failure or faults.
Also I tried resetting but it didn’t go away also there’s been a hard reset recently and no difference.

It's historic meaning old, not currently happening.

Ignore. Do NOT clear as you also clear OBD monitors and then until they re-set (if they do, gulp) many codes cannot flag. (Also needed set for smog in many places.)

Thanks I do recall having a lot of trouble with my Xk8 cat monitors not resetting. Took weeks of messing around and going through that drive cycle routine many times!

If you are throwing ~250 codes, it is essential to show all the codes as you may be focusing on a symptom as opposed to a root cause.
Moreover, not meaning any dis service to Alan, it is common practice in the shop (and in the workshop manual) if there are "too many" codes thrown, to record the codes, then to clear all codes, then re-read at next cycle of the accessory mode, then again at ignition time, then again at constant idle time. This process assists in discovering the root cause of these exceptions.

And commonly, if there are so many codes on a typically well running vehicle, the pinpoint tests are clear. Rule out the battery first.
Of course, all this goes out the window should one be focusing on a vehicle that was in an accident.
