Hi all

I am having difficulty with the New Zealand Jaguar Distributor/Dealer. I have been billed a total of $1600 in the last 2 weeks dealing with fault codes.

When the engine check light appears the only option I have is to take my car to the dealer. When I get the fault codes checked and cleared because and there is no fault, and then receive a huge bill for clearing the fault I get a little mad.

Is there anyone out there that can supply me with the software to read these codes myself and clear them myself?

The latest episode was when I couldn't close the roof. It took 2.6 hours to discover what I already new (and told the service guy) that there was no communication to the roof module for operating the roof. Normal fix is battery reset. Maximum time 15mins! Bill $351.00!
