Default Erm. Are these part of the car!?

So I lifter the spare tire cover off today, and I saw these two screws laying loose in the spare tire wheel well. Are these something? I looked and I couldn't find anything similar at first glance but I have no clue. They are self taping screws about an inch long. Any guidance would be great!

Thanks!!

This is a muffler bearing bracket screw and you can ask any mechanic, they are very expensive.

Dam*it, I just had my blinker fluid replaced, I could have had them take care of both at the same time!

I can't remember what type of screws held the battery beam/bracket in place but IIRC they were black?

Off to buy some tartan paint and a glass hammer!

The Germans sometimes actually call the part that bears the weight of a muffler the "muffler bearing".
