Default eye/towhook- lug wrench location?

2013 xk. Guys, where is the eye/tow hook located? I have the inflator kit and there's nothing inside of it if I break down and need it loaded onto a flatbed.
How about a lug wrench? I have a roadside assistance...but im wondering if they were ever supplied with one?

At the front passenger side there is a plastic round cap, push it in at the top to remove - there should be a towing eye in the trunk.

Your setup may have been removed by a previous owner.
Many people go back to the actual spare tire setup in the boots. You can sometimes find the entire package including the foam kit, spare, lug, jack and tow hook included at a breaker's yard on on eBay or such.
