Need to get service performed under action codes 1352c and 1359c. Both done 12Feb2014.

I am trying to find out what exactly was done during the 1352c field action. I bought the car used, and need to figure out if that service included oil and brake fluid change.

 

"Field Action" does not mean a regular service - so it will not include either a brake fluid change or an oil change. The "Field Action" services are to retrofit or to update software or to correct items on cars "already in the field" - meaning cars already in service. An example would be to reflash the transmission control module if there has been an upgrade produced. In any case, your Jaguar dealer should be able to tell you exactly what was done.

 

Spend $40.00 and get a Carfax on the vehicle. It will provide the history of the car and service records if it was serviced by the Jaguar dealership. You might be surprised by what it shows.
