French Racing Blue paint
I've been trying to find out whether or not Jaguar's FRB paint has any flake/pearl in it. Or is it flat? Please let me know. I can't tell from videos or pics and haven't seen it up close in person.
TIA

Never seen a frb xkrs in the flesh although in all the pics it looks to be a solid colour.
Why not go for the f type ultra blue its very pearlescent

It is a solid, non-metallic, non-pearl color.
I like the color but like the FRB better. Also I would have considered looking for and maybe buying a FRB XKR and it would have been better in a coupe but I wanted a convert and didn't think it looked good in one.

Thanks for the responses folks. Hoping to see FRB in person sometime soon. Ultra Blue is easier to find these days as it’s currently available and showrooms sometimes have it on a stock vehicle.
Both of these blues appeal to me.

That's my alternate favorite color. Black pack or bright pack? Wheel finish? Interior? Any pics?
We got ours used in November. Black pack, black leather with red stitching, gloss black wheels.

I agree, I prefer bright trim on most cars. I think the black pack and wheels work well with the -S carbon splitter and wing, though.
Paint code is JYG in base clear. Had an aerosol mixed up and because its "flat" it matched perfectly
side by side they are different but at a distance... yep. And don't forget about the sporty Ford Focus too...
I have the IRR with bright pack. It’s your choice. The black pack was available when in bougth mine, but I really prefer the classic look of chrome.
