I recently purchased a 2008 XKR. I love it, but I am having a problem with the GPS navigation system. It will not let me put in a destination, and keeps saying that there is "No data available for selected country." I checked the DVD in the trunk, and it appears to be US and includes the state I reside in. It will track the car as I drive without any problem, it just won't let me calculate a route or enter a destination address.
Has anybody seen this problem or have any suggestions? I have been all through the manual and found nothing that would seem to help.

 

The first thing to check is the "Search Area" setting in the NAV system. Make sure it is set for Indiana.

I had the same fault on a 2008 XKR I just bought. The dealer fixed it before I left but the salesman was unsure of what they did. He said something about a computer reset, but I think he was winging it.

After selecting NAVIGATION and then ENGLISH noting else comes up. What next and why not? DID YOU GET THIS WORKING? HOW?

 

After "Navigation", the next thing should be "Accept" to clear the Nanny Screen. Do you not get this?
