"Gummy" buttons?...

"Gummy" buttons?...

I'm looking at buying a 14 XK and the center console and window buttons are quite "gummy" or sticky. Any idea what causes this? Is replacement expensive?

It is a very easy fix, many threads on the subject of removing the sticky substance.

If you are 'looking at buying' get the most expensive quote for replacement parts and have that removed from the sticker (see what I did there?) price
