Default H8 cornering bulb, not blown, but not working

fitted some canbus error free sidelight bulbs today, and noticed one of the cornering bulbs, the one under the sidelight bulb was not on. Took it out and tested it, working fine. Any ideas of problem, is there a fuse for this bulb or are the lights combined on the same fuse. Cant see in manual

Helps if I read your post...sorry..
Did you invert the bulb? Am I understanding you just swapped them for LED bulbs?.... They only work when inserted one way... Rotate it 180% and check it again...
