Who is your wireless provider? I have Verizon and they did at least one system update within the last month that changed some settings that affected my home security video push notifications to my email and text messaging. Your issues might have been caused by a system update.

I have Verizon as well (and I hate their service or lack thereof). However, as I stated in an earlier post, all the features worked when I got into my wife's car, so I suspect it's something with the interface to the XKR.

Ralph,
I would assume you're right on the bluetooth module in the car. I will try to dock my wife's phone to my car and see what happens. That should narrow down the possibilities. Let's get together soon, maybe week after next.

It should be possible to get it working though. Cambo worked out how to do it after scanning my Japanese import '10 XKR because I discovered that it had factory supplied voice control:
