HELP , 07 XK , convertible top
Anyone here have experience and schematic for the top ? desperate . have screen saying top not latched . also looking for break down of the solenoids . also any "work arounds ."
any help greatly appreciated .I have several unproductive hours in this so far .

I had a similar issue with my 07 XK... put it on the battery maintainer overnight, and the problem was resolved the next day :-)

Did the manual” reset”
top went up!
Still problem. Quarter windows never came up and when tried to put top back down it stoped just a few inches up.
I have wrenched on many machines however this top is more complicated than the Space Shuttle.

+1 On getting in touch with Steve for your problem and buying and installing his remote top controller. Have had one on two different XK verts since he came out with the controller. A great investment particularly with the rear windows add-on.

Sooo . Here is where I am at .
can manually put the top down.
when I hit the toggle to put the top up it goes up normally and latches
except the rear windows will not come up!,
when I push the toggle to put the top down starts normally, top starts up, than stops open about 6”
help?
if easy alone would do it .”
