Problem is...... once I open the larger photo and right click and COPY IMAGE, and I go to PASTE the image into the post, the photo is NOT ACCEPTED from the PASTE into the post.

I am working with a Dell Desktop on Windows 7.

Yes exactly what I'm finding, and when it does accept it comes up as a link and not a pic.
I'm working from my IPad.

This is getting painful

 

I run an HP Desktop with Win7 64bit but have used a number of different PC / Laptop / OS for forum posts and all work exactly the same for this process.

Are you seeing this when you try to copy the image?



When you've copied it, the image is on clipboard.

Close the image and click on the post Edit button. Click in the post where you want to place the image and right click + paste or Ctrl+V to paste it.

Doing everything EXACTLY as GGG states......once the image is copied....it won't paste into the post.

At least we have tried.

 

So try the East Coast way, click on the thumbnail to open it up full size, right click on it and select "open in new tab" go to the new tab and copy the address from the address bar,
click on the yellow square in the reply box paste the address in the pop up box, click ok and voila!

 

Ok...the right click and copy and paste works in INTERNET EXPLORER, but does not work in GOOGLE CHROME.

The Google Chrome is the problem. Once I used INTERNET EXPLORER everything worked fine.
