Default How is your heater in cold weather

I have to say I’m quite impress about the heater in my XK. It has been very a very cold weather lately but the heater really was up to it. A lot of cars I have driven you can feel that your left side ( in Lhd veichles) of your body is colder than the other side.
Not so in the XK. Anyone else been driven the XK in cold weather with the same experience?

It was cold outside yesterday🥶

Mine was very effective at -11 deg C week before last but fortunately we don't see anything like your -29 deg C.

What impresses me most about the Jaguar is how quickly it can be defrosted and heated up.

Agreed, heating is gr8

Typically only have heated wheel and seat on and temp set to 20c, not had to use the heated screen at all

As Graham stated it doesn't get that cold in the UK, I've only seen -5, but the next day it was 11c!

Plus shod in winter rubber the jag is pretty unstoppable

3c (37F) here this morning in Florida, very disturbing. There was a strange substance on my SUV windshield and on the grass, it was like water but only hard and cold. The Jag persevered this abnormality of weather very well this morning. Now it is up to a proper 18c (66F) with lots of sunshine.

SMUG isn't a good attitude.

Only jealous as the incessant rain is running off my XK. Expected to turn to snow over the weekend. What joy.

Haha, well the northern guys can get the last laugh when I am sweating my butt off in the eternal humid summer, or dodging hurricanes and mosquitos. Fortunate for me I am Florida born and raised so it doesn't affect me all that much!

I store my 08 vert during the winter months with a three week schedule to haul it out and let it run when the pavement is dry. It takes about 10 minutes @ 30-35mph for the tires to iron out the flat spots. My last trip was during 24°F temps (-4°C) and I was equally impressed with how quickly the cabin warmed up. Of course, we have that nice big V8 and a relatively small cabin, so I guess we shouldn't be surprised.
