HVAC vent condensation

HVAC vent condensation

I was driving with the top down today in 89 degree weather with the AC set on 68 and noticed moisture around the front HVAC vents. I had the HVAC drain replaced so I doubt it's that. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal?

In humid weather, it is normal for condensation to form. It happens on my Mustang.
