Dashboards that wrap around are usually welcome, but apparently not in this case.

 

when you check the thread, you will find a lot of suggestions, all sort of expensive. I think the best solution is the one that Tberg came up with; although it requires removing the dash board.

 

There are hundreds of posts regarding this issue under the post title of "leather on dash 'pulling'." Included are several documenting my solution to fixing it. It's worthwhile reading through all of the posts through the end. And by the way, the XF has the same issue. A few days ago, I was parked next to a newly purchased used XF (didn't have license plates yet and had the local Jag dealer's paper plates still on it), and the dash was the worst I'd seen yet. I sure hope the buyer got a tremendous deal on the car, and were I the manager of the dealership, I would never allow a car that looked so horrible, out of the dealership with identifying "plates" on it that shows just how little the dealership cared about selling a nice product.
