I really like the lines of the coupe, and the interior room is fair comparison to the X150.

I don't see myself coughing out the $$$ anytime soon though.

A really fantastic GT machine though. One of the few 2+2's I'd pick over a 911 Turbo.

No, I wouldn't pay that much for any car, but in 2-3 years when they come off-lease there may be some deals out there.
Evidently Jaguar isn't very interested in keeping me as a customer.

Even at 80k, its a has-been....for a long time.
Worst, half the pedestrians cant tell the difference between this and the Jag.

I guess that makes it a great 'understated' buy, as in if you wanted to hide that you bought a 300k car which resembles a $100k car.

The Astons are great cars. Ignore people who tell you they look like Jags. They're just jealous of it. The vehicles have different lines and subtleties between them. Besides, new Jags are taking on a whole different look. The Astons seem to be keeping a more timeless styling. It's a beautiful car, but that price tag is a killer for me. Even if I had the money, I don't think I would spend that much on one. 5 or 6 years down the road, they might be a good deal though.

Cee Jay, if they throw in an iPhone, would that seal the deal?

I would have bought an older model for what I paid for my XKR but service would be the issue.

I think it would make a great upgrade from an XK/XKR.

I also really like the Vantage, but it isn't an apples to apples car with the XKR.

Ha, I watched this earlier today and was going to post. Fantastic car. Probably should be closer to 150k... That key is cool but dumb IMO. Everything else about the car is awesome.

Vanquish is the ultimate for me. Sheer beauty and the executed like no other. The carbon fiber body is just out of this world. Million stitch point interior... Jag has nothing on this car.

For $100 on ebay, you can buy an Aston Martin hood badge. Slap it on your XKR and save the $350K for speeding tickets.

Just an observation here but does it look like the tonneau cover would fit on an X150.

There is a guy in my area that drives a convertible vantage with some sort of exhaust on it sounds awesome.
He always has this huge smile on his face.

Power Beauty Soul ...So yeah I get it.

Pure Aston Martin!

My Vantage sounds utterly wicked when it starts; birds for miles fly off their perch when I start the car. Mothers grab their children's hands.... Only a few cars have that start-up presence of an Aston. The only mod to my car is the VAP decat's.

If you are looking at that price point, why not buy a few year old Vanquish instead? That would be my pick. If I could afford a 150k car, this would already be in my garage! Plenty around 150K or less like this 2014:
