He based the X150 on the E-Type and is using the same formula to bring a modern electric version of the C2 to market. I hope he can do it.

 

That has the potential to be a very cool vehicle. Looking forward to seeing one in production and on the road.

 

Interesting concept but not in my taste today although I still would consider one of the new build XKE convertibles being done now in limited production. Then again I need to hit the lottery to get one. My 1st Corvette was a 63 convertible and looking back I won't want another one but my 1st Jaguar was an XKE coupe which was our best.

 

I read the article from the link on the F-type forum. The car is going to have between 1200 and 2000hp and cost between $1.5-$2.0 millions dollars apiece. You can still buy a who slew of mint restored XKEs for that.
