Default interior lighting PWM problem

Hello all I have no illumination to steering wheel controls and overhead ambient light etc. I believe this circuit feeds from a red and white wire which is part of connector CA012 on central junction box. This is labelled as a PWM supply but I have no power output at the connector. Any suggestions ?
