I have a 2007 XK with a bad IPC. Does anyone know of a repair facility?

There are lots of places that can diagnose and fix it. But how can you expect us to recommend a repair facility if we don't know where you are? Your Public Profile shows that you're in the USA, without any other information.

How do you know for sure that your Instrument Panel Control module is bad? The first thing to do with all electrical problems is to make sure that your battery is healthy and fully charged. A weak battery will cause all sorts of electrical gremlins. Your local national auto parts store will load test it for free. You can't assume that a brand new battery is good and fully charged. The fix may be as simple as a new battery.

You need to read this and follow the advice.

That explanation is the reason why I'm glad to be an shade tree DIY mechanic. If I can see where it's broken, I can try to fix it. I 🙏that your battery is bad.

 

I am sorry if I did not supply enough information to solicit a response. I am looking for a place that can repair my 07 XK cluster. I know it needs repair becuse the information center between the speedometer and the tach is blurring out do to a white ring around the information center. I live in South Carolina, however I can easily ship the cluster to any repair center that come highly recommended by those on this forum. I have asked the local Jag dealer and a trusted Jaguar mechanic who has worked on Jaguars for a number of years and they could not recommend a facility. I have Googled Jagusar IPC repair and everyone I have called says they don't repair Jaguar clusters. I have also had no luck in finding a used cluster with the correct part number.

There are two breakers that I know of. You can try Pacific Motors in the Detroit area or Jaguar Heaven in Southern CA.l If you have a problem limited to your screen, there have been people that have successfully substituted an XF screen in an X150. Use the search box that says search threads.
