I thought the seat fans just recirculated ambient air, not even connected to the A/C. Hopefully they can come up with something. Good luck.

They grab the cooled cabin air and that's why they work so well in a closed cabin. If you want yours to works well turn the ac to low and the vents to bilevel or floor position and the button on recirculate, they should become nice and cool to the touch...ahhh . Jaguar is one of the few manufactures that actually have cooled seats vs just ventilated.
