Oh, well, I guess it's hard to claim we can't afford it...

How's insurance? Just got the first full-year renewal for the 75, and they want nearly 1,600 quid for it.
I moved to Vegas from the Seattle area and my rates quadrupled!!!! But I have a collector's policy with an umbrella since I have 37 cars all totaled so they bill me a little differently - works out to about $400 per car per year. Used to be $100 per car per year in Seattle

That's not bad at all. I pay that much (about $150/month) for my '07 XKR! Then again, I am younger so that probably factors in.

Fee's may be higher to register a car in Nevada, but you also have NO state personal income taxes to pay.

It's a trade off.

Like Texas, no personal state income tax, but higher personal property taxes to pay on things like real estate.

Sounds like the state collects a hefty amount of registration fees with all those nice cars running around Las Vegas.

But then again, if the owners can afford these nice cars, the registration fees are probably a drop in the bucket so to speak.

I pay about $70 for my XKR tags in Texas.
