How have people found mina gallery? I'm in the uk, placed an order 6 days ago and sent an email regarding the order 3 days ago (to see if I could add anything onto the order) it's still showing on "awaiting fulfilment" are the parts made to order?

Chris at Mina is essentially a one man show, and it takes him some time to get back to people. Some parts are in stock, some are made to order. I live a few minutes from his shop and have helped some European forum members get their parts and orders processed by stopping there and getting him to look at and respond to their orders. If there is anything I can do, please pm me, tell me what the part is and I'll speak to Chris, in person. I am having some outpatient surgery on Thursday, so I doubt I can get there before Monday. Let me know.

I have ordered from MINA, the part was bad so I returned it and the customer service was pretty great. I'd order again, if there was something I wanted. Maybe an aero package...

Steve from Cotswold automotive (uk) is pretty good and well priced , that's where I got my final fifty/dynamic seats
Hes got aero kits there as well

 

Bought hood vents, took a while, but product fine

 

I had purchased a windscreen from him and after not receiving it and yet paying for it I canceled my CC . I told them I never received the item. I guess when he saw the cancellation he called me and I told him . He apologized and sent out a unit and charged me cost and not listed price. Also sent me a license plate frame and a key chain. Last item I ever purchased from him.

 

I have emailed Chris a couple of times with questions about his products. I received answers the next day to both emails, which helped build my confidence about his responsiveness. Hope that helps round out the picture...

 

i have ordered items from Mina Gallery and usually I receive everything in a reasonable time frame. I ordered the after market exhaust (which I LOVE) which took a while to get here but the smaller items come quickly.

Ordered some parts a few mts ago. Last week the name plate on the license surround fell off. I emailed and within a day he/they got back to me, and will arrange replacement. No issues on orig order etc.
