Default Motor Mount Compatibility

Hi all, quick question: I'm replacing my motor mounts in my 2007 XK 4.2 convertible. Will the mounts from the 4.2 S-Type fit our 4.2 cars? There's a significant savings there.

They are not the same part number and physically they don't look the same. I wouldn't risk it.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I've been seeing a different mount being used as the image for both of them around the net, so I wasn't sure. I won't chance it.

True, but just the PNs not matching is enough for me.
