Default Motor Oil Specification

2007 XK - Manual says to use 0W-40 or 5W-40, for temperature above 95 degrees, with API SM and ILSAC G-4 certification . I have not found an oil that matches this spec. What are others using in the warmer climates?

Unfortunately my DIY mostly involves dropping off my car at an independent mechanic, I choose not to change my own fluids.

For drhayes, Mobil 1 has a 0-40 "European Formula" spec oil that you can buy.
