Default My old car at dealership for sale

2010 XKR Convertible w/ 35K miles for 36K

2010 Jaguar XK XKR Greensboro NC 12107625

If anyone is in the market or has questions - please let me know. They seem to be selling low... I can describe every imperfection. car has new OEM brakes, rotors, tires in last 1K miles. No dents anywhere as I spent a lot with dentless repair to make good. Minor chips - one in front wheel arch.

Is the dealership paying you to say these things? Hope it goes to a good home!

No. Next owner needs to really inspect the dash. PM for more details. I take great pride in taking care of my cars.

I bought it from them for 52K; 2 and a half years ago. They are good and easy to work with. I'd avoid the Charlotte location the Greensboro location is great.

How many miles did the car have when you purchased it? Was it a one owner car? Car Fax shows car was purchased at auction at one time.

I drove it for about 6K miles. Owner before me replaced it with a Ferrari California and was the CEO at Chiquita. It was not sold at auction...

the CarFax report seems to validate what Rrated was saying - the car was initially on a 36 mo lease then traded into "Paramount"dealership who the auctioned the car to a Jag dealer, lots of cars off lease go to auctions

One of the obvious questions is why did you sell it.

Never auctioned and 2 owners. Car fax shows first owner for 20days... I think that's a glitch when owner 1 registered in a new state or had his company buy. He bought it from a jag dealer and traded it in where I bought and where it is being sold now.

I wanted more of a drivers car and got a new 911s cab. See my other thread comparing the 991 to the jag.

I sold because of lack of jag support in my area and also because Scott Jaguar in Charlotte damaged the dash right in front of the steering wheel... It's covered up pretty well but not as good as new and although minor, I know it's there. They sanded down the dash and spray painted it to cover up where they tore it. Emotionally I was done with it. Car runs perfect. Mina exhaust. Has new top since back glass came unglued.... New hydraulics for top also ( under warranty). Loved the car but love the Porsche more for now. Very different cars and definitely different categories. Don't believe the hype about 991 being a gt car.

The more important question for anyone interested is how much did you sell it for. That would give an indication of how much dealing room there would be.

I sold it for 31.5K with the back window falling out - Need to ask if they repaired or replaced if you're looking at buying. This is the only reconditioning cost they had. New tires, brakes, I was **** about paintless dent repair, etc. They left the Mina exhaust on it looks like... and wind screen. I have the factory [Silver]grills still also if anyone wants them for free.

I also have a Mina/XKRS carbon Fiber rear diffuser and Mina 3 piece Carbon fiber front spoiler as well. Both unpainted and never mounted - never got around to it. Also the Mina CAI - never installed.

Cars in the US are so cheap compared to Australia that would be three times the price here!
