Default 2002 XKR Coupe with Detroit Wheels

I am wondering if a set of 17" XK8 Revolver wheels from my 1999 XK8 will fit my 2002 XKR...I would like to mount snow tires on them & save the Detroit wheels from the ravages of the winter.

I beleive the Detroit wheels have an offset & there won't work...can I purchase 'wheel spacers' to eliminate this problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Regards,
Ron

my understanding is that you can get 18" over the brembos - some with a spacer, some without, but you won't be able to get 17" on.

The 17" will fit unless you have the Brembo brakes. Even 16" will fit on the rear.

I think Brembos were standard on the XKR

Nope, only 2003 and later came standard with Brembos in North America.
