My radio evolution
Well I guess I need to retrain again. My 1st car had an AM radio and then my 2nd car had an AM/FM one. As I hit my 3rd car it had an AM/FM/ 45 RPM record player then followed up with a stereo AM/FM/8 track player. We then passed into the AM/FM/cassette followed by the addition of the CD player. By the way somewhere in between came the satellite addition. Now yesterday I picked up my new pick up truck and low and behold besides AM/FM I now have ipod/iphone and Android integration with BT capability. So now I have a few dozen 45 rpm' , 8-track tapes , cassette's , and CD's. Before you know it I'll have a box of thumb drives to add to the collection. Maybe I should just turn everything off and just listen to the exhaust.
HAPPY NEW YEAR all and ride into the future with fun and enjoyment.

Yep I installed it and every time you hit a bump it would skip. It was great at the drive in moves and some of the beer parties we had . LOL.
Hee hee, I think I remember an episode of "Jay Leno's Garage" where he had a car in his collection that had as 45 player in it! Fuzzy dice may have been an option then too!
Personally though, I do appreciate the USB capablity in the wife's Lincoln. We just came off a holiday trip and were able to listen to vinyl LP's I recorded last year. About 200 albums on one single flash drive.....and one record skip!

Oh I just remembered as I saw something that reminded me of it. I had tried this unit in my 63 Corvette . It was called a reverberator box which was like an Eco chamber. It went in between the radio and the speakers. It looked like it had a bunch of wires in it. It was pretty cool at the time but it made a crashing noise when you hit a hard patch of road . OK I'm done.
