Default nav/ac panel removal

Greetings to all. Does anyone know the removal steps for the nav/ac panel. I have a 07 XK. I don't want some 18 yr old kid at the stereo store chipping my dash trim. Thanks for any and all help. PMs please. Be safe.

Locate the ACM (Audio Control Module) installation instructions (I've seen it online before I bought my ACM). Or download the workshop manual from jagrepair.com for free (or buy one on eBay). It shows the trim panel and electronics remove/install procedure.
Pull outward on the trim panel from the bottom, just above the ash tray. From personal experience, don't try to pry from the side (I got too impatient when pulling from the bottom didn't seem to budge). Even using plastic trim removal tools I managed to chip my trim (was able to glue the chip back in, and unless you know where to look, it's invisible).
You need to pull pretty hard, and you feel like you'll snap the thing in half if it ever pops free.
Once the bottom is pulled free, you can carefully work your way up the sides.
