2009 XK Is there a mute on the Bluetooth phone system? No one can hear me when I talk. Anyone have this issue and what was the fix?

 

Which phone are you using. I had oddities with some phones on this car.

 

I have the IPhone 6s

On the left spoke of the steering wheel, bottom left button is the MUTE button. It SHOULD reset to Not Muted with a new call.

 

That phone works in the Jag

 

Pair a different phone and try it. And when you say noone can hear you, do you mean at all, or is it just muffled? It might be that there is a problem with the microphone in the car, I think that there were issues with them in one of the models.

 

That was 2007, when they had the microphone INSIDE the A-pillar.
