Default Installed Spires springs, new Bilsten shocks and Braelin BR02 wheels

Thanks to Richzak for the Braelin wheel information!!!! I have to get used to the stiffness of the new shocks and spring height but the car definitely feels more responsive.

I like the springs only a modest .75 inch drop, however, I think the shocks are incorrect. They fit but I believe they sent me the 2010 shocks. i am furious with them!. I will give them a chance to correct but I need an alternative seller that someone here has purchased from for the 2007-2009 XK n/a coupe. Any idea???

Got everything sorted out now the car rides beautifully. Completely transformed the way the car handles the twisties. Very pleased with the stance.

elindo:

The Braelin's like awesome on the Silver Jag.

Adds so much class. Glad to have helped.

I am sure you are going to get plenty of compliments on the Jaguar.

Looks great.

What was done to resolve the problem you had with the coil-overs?

The seller on eBay was selling the shocks (dampers) for a great price, however, the application was NOT for XKs from 2007 - 2009 as he advertised. The shocks were for 2010+ XKRs. Completely different CATS system (CVD) I just bought the correct shocks from Jaguar directly and it made a world of difference. The seller is v12vandenplas on eBay. Stay clear of them. I believe they are either ignorant or shady.
