Default New f type muffler on xkr

I stop by local dealer and listen to the new ftype r and it sounded awesome. Looked up muffler it it looks the same has our xkr . Think it would fit. I know you would have to add contolable vacum source like a switch on fuse 19 . Thoughts are has anyone completed this update. Doug

Happy new year mate!
Might be a tad bit more helpful, if you add your year and model info in a signature. The replies might be more plentiful and meaningful.

Just saying......

You didn't specify why. If you're after the exhaust over-run crackle you're not going to get it with the muffler. It programmed into the ECU and actually delays the spark on a decel timed to ignite with the exhaust valve open. If it's for looks I think it's close to the stock XKR. Knowing Jag it would probably fit however removing the two pre-muffler/resonators in the mid-pipe would make it the same as the XKR-S exhaust.
