XKR 2012

Couple things
Just bought a 2012 XKR Coupe with 76oo miles
Does anyone know what the production run was for this model?
Also the brakes are real dirty and the daler says that is the way it is. Are there any ceramic type discs that weren't so dusty available?

There are aftermarket pads that generate less dust - however, you may lose a bit of braking efficiency. There's a lot of debate around this on the forum.
