No company sells air ride setups for our Jaguars. I had airbagit.com custom make me my air struts.

I had a 3 day weekend to work on the car day and night and its almost complete. Probably another 3-4 nights after work and it will be ready for the streets again.

I really like how the fender vents turned out. They are just sitting against the fender in the pic, thats why it doesnt look like its on correct.

I finished up the front end. This vinyl is hands down the best Ive ever worked with. But its still a two person job so the wife was a life saver this weekend. She is getting better at this than me!

It took me a good 3-4 hours to get the chassis mounts done and ready for paint. I am using wing nuts for the bottom mounts so I can open my hatch in just a minutes work if needed.

I decided to paint the mounts while they are on the car. Was so much easier and I had the car completely protected from over spray.

Here is a breakdown on what I will be doing day by day and posting while I can this week.
Monday - Finish installing wing, wrap and install the fenders
Tuesday - Install new stereo and the 3 guage pillar pod. (Volts, and two air bag guages)
Wednesday - Wrap the roof black and redo the entire trunk air ride setup... this may take 2 days.
Thursday - Put side and front splitters back on. The rear diffuser I am making myself with metal but that wont be until end of the week.
Friday - Tidy up any wiring and get wheels put back on. Wrap wheel spokes matching blue.

Been a busy week working on the car a few hours each night and here is my progress.
- Finished what was left of the wrap (fenders and roof).
- Finished mounting the spoiler.
- Mounted new rear license plate LED lights.
- Mounted the side diffusers
- Removed my android stereo and put in a different (non android stereo). Now I have to 3d print some clever bezel to hide the complete hack job it took to mount it. It really sucks the opening is not made for a double din stereo.
- Installed the pillar guage pod that will show each air bags psi and also the car batteries voltage.

This weekend I will be installing the new burnt end (blue) exhaust tips.. 6" instead of the 5" XK60 stock ones I have. I will also be completely redoing the air ride setup installing new pumps and a few other air ride items.
What I am really dreading is the new Transmission oil pan and gasket that came in today..... which means I will be attempting to install that on Monday since my car is leaking what appears to be oil from that pan.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

The gauge pod isnt made to fit our cars perfectly but its not bad. I had to do a little hacking and heating to bend some plastic. Here is the link the one I bought.

Thanks for the reply, i've sent them an email about ordering some, just a quick question also, did your XK have the CATS suspension? As that's what I have in mine and not sure if they're the same! Thanks in advanced fella, loving the new look, that new spoiler mount is beastly!

Yes mine did have the CATS setup with some nice H&R lowering springs. If you have airbagit (or any company) make you some custom air struts make sure to send them both your front and rear struts so they can make then correctly. They made mine based on my drawing and measurements which caused a few issues some my fault and some theirs. If I would have just sent them the struts it would have all been fine.

Update. The car is almost finished. I took it out this weekend to a few cars and coffees, trying not to drive it much until I get my transmission oil leak fixed. I still have some work on the rear diffuser (its actually only half done). All the issues and air leaks I had last year are now fixed except my TPMS sensors are still not working which is annoying, doesnt let me see anything else on my little dash display. I may or may not put racing decals/numbers on the car to make it look like a GT3.. or I may keep it clean, not sure yet. The only major change I want in the future is get rid of the heavy truck rims and get some 3 piece wheels but the cost of 3 piece wheels are just too high for me to afford. Anyways here are some pics I took of the car this weekend.

If you push the little red triangle icon on your touch screen, you should be able to clear the TPMS warnings?

Car looks nice! What reaction did you get at Cars and Coffee?

Looks great! I really want air-ride now.

You could go Gulf Livery like my 68 Mustang.

Thank you I will try that! And the reaction I got was great! I was at a Ford dealership cars and coffee and they wanted my car parked next to a newer Ford GT. The owner of the dealership and Ford GT said my car is taking all the attention. LOL.

Gulf Livery is actually what most people have been telling me to do, and its a great idea. Been told to have the 2nd color be orange with the blue for the Livery.

Maybe my wheels offset is too far out for the tpms to read. On lunch break I went and drove around after hitting pushing red triangle and cleared the warning. After about 10 seconds the tpms warning come right back. They are working sensors moved from my original wheels to my new ones. My guess is if one tpms sensor doesnt work it gives the fault.

Stop by a tire dealer and have then do a quick test with their TPMS tester. Takes about 5 minutes and usually they do it for nothing. It will give you the info on the sensors and let you know what one is bad or the battery status of each sensor. On my 2012 it tells me which tire is bad but I don't know if the earlier cars had the feature.
