A couple of weeks ago I brought my 2012 with 38,000 miles in for some problems one of which was a very slight clunk when putting the car in park .My dealer said it was a reflash of the computer. I drove the car home after picking it up and I still heard the clunk so I called and set an appointment to bring it back ,service manager and I went for a ride with me and heard it also saying probably just a reflash. With that said got a new XE as a loaner. So today I get a call from me service writer she tells me Jaguar has authorized a new transmission at 16,000 dollars and no cost to me just want to thank the dealer still in shock for the cost they covered
