2010 XK. Had it for a week. Trying to get the iPod to work. Ultimately, I want a Bluetooth to iPod adapter to work. I bought the CoolStream Carpro but it wasn't working so I figure I'd start with iPods to get it going:

I connect iPod nano, switch to iPod on the stereo source, and I can see the song list on the touchscreen and I can pause, play and skip forward and backward via touchscreen and steering wheel. I can see the song playing (time counting up) but NO AUDIO whatsoever. Not even a hum. Volume on the iPod is all the way up. Car volume is up. Nothing. I have the Jaguar ipod cable and I bought a second cable from Xtenzi via Amazon because maybe the cable was bad. Still nothing. I also tried an old iPod Touch. Same thing. Te CarPro Bluetooth acted the same. I'm out of ideas.

Any ideas? It's obviously the car. Is there some firmware upgrade needed? Broken wire in the console connector?? I'd hate to have to pay dealer service to diagnose and fix unless absolutely necessary. Thank you in advance!
