Default No Power .. Lights On?? Help =( - RESOLVED

Let the significant other drive last night. Valet must have turned the headlights from auto so boyfriend didn't turn them off. This morning I have absolutely nothing happening inside. Dash doesn't even light up .. but the tail lights and side lamps in the headlights are on. Even when I turn the headlights to off those lights stay on. I'm baffled.. any advice?? TIA

Just kidding! I don't have a dvd player .. it's the navigation. I kind of like talking to myself in my own thread like a lunatic =)

Good to hear you've got it going again. I've added 'RESOLVED' to the title.

Also moved the thread from General Tech Help to XK/XKR forum. This is the place to post questions about your model.

??? Don't see anything in the posting that indicates it was resolved. Sounds like maybe the 'marker' lamps are on?

Make sure the battery is fully charged, and press very hard on the brake pedal, almost to the point you think you'll break it. Then try starting the car.

Try pressing the START button BEFORE you step on the brake pedal.
