NIce. My eyes are not that good, but looks like the first white on white convertible I have seen. Makes sense in the FL sun. What color is convertible top?
Remember seeing white configs with white wheels and tops on some cars and always appealed to me. Must be the convertible config that does it for me. Looks very clean.
My interior is charcoal. Helps out a bit in the fall when temps are lower here in New England. Heated seats and steering wheel help as well. Picked it up a few years ago in Delray Beach. Drove it up to Cocoa Beach then put on auto train to DC. Great experience cruising up the coast of FL in a convertible.
check out how mine looks on custom made 22s so my Jaguar center caps can fit😏(If anybody want the same design wheels in stock size or any size you want them,PM me so I can put you up on the game)The wheels are actually lighter even tho they're bigger and drive better and smoother than my stock wheels😵❤I ordered them back in may and they suppose to been created by July but delays kept happening with their staff that took them this long to finish creating them to finally ship them to me in October.i have to pick a good day to take and post more pics.Next on the agenda is upgrading it with the speed pack/black pack big spoiler, front splitter, and maybe a rear diffuser from prince performance design. That's my goal to complete the look before next summer
I finally took a few more pics and just working with my terrain since i live a Country life
I spent 28 years in New Jersey so I know how heated seats and steering wheel comfort on those crisp/cold days very well. As a result I have always leaned towards darker interiors, so this beautiful white/white '07 XK is a departure from the norm for me, but -- as you aptly noted -- it makes sense down here.
I traveled many times from Charlotte NC to Palm Beach Gardens FL in my '18 XF, which was always awesome but I'm sure pales in comparison to your coastal journey with the top down in an XK!! That sounds fantastic.
Drove this home from FL and love it so far, now just waiting on the full "sort it out service" to be completed at my local Jaguar specialist before I put it away for the winter (also need to polish the headlights of course)
Does a performance seat without the S stitching make it more rare? You can see it’s a stand alone option at $4000 USD, at least in N. America for m.y. 2014.
Correct, they are early F Type wheels. I don’t expect everyone to like them… that’s one of the great things this forum brings about: A place to learn about and view parts and mods for a fairly rare Jaguar, the opportunity to connect with others interested not only in Jaguar automobiles but any era and model you care about, the possibility of meeting or at least communicating with other like minded enthusiasts somewhere near your area of the world, and more. All without (for the most part) the self proclaimed (and sometimes ill informed) experts from BaT and the infighting that is seen between different era cars in some forums.
