My battery died the other day so I bought a new Interstate and installed it. All was good until I realized the the one touch up on the drivers window was not functioning. The passenger side still worked normally. I disconnected the battery for a bit and reconnected. This time I had the driver side working, but the passenger was not. Repeated the process only to have neither working. Ahhhhhhhh!!!

Each repeated attempt has resulted in both not working. Does anyone know a trick here? The hardware is obiously good since one side or the other has worked.

Am I going to have to go to the dealer to get something reset?

BTW - One touch down has worked all along.

 

Try the window reset procedure in the owners manual.

You are a genius! I'm an idiot, it didn't even occur to me to crack open the manual.

Both windows are working great now.
