P0141, P0145 02 sensor codes
Picked up my first xk couple weeks ago, 2007 XKR coupe 20,000 miles. Checked car when purchased no warning lights, no codes. Third day of ownership the engine and air bag light appeared. I actually found this somewhat amusing as me and Jaguar warning lights are old friends. I did however think that with this car I was going to get more than a 2 day honeymoon. Cleared codes and they return. P0141 02 sensor heater circuit malfunction (bank 1 sensor2). I don't have my manual yet which side is bank 1 on a xk passenger or driver. Is this senor easy access and in front of the cat? 0145 02 sensor circuit slow response (bank 1 sensor 3) I presume being the 3rd sensor it is confused due to the sensor 2 failure? The car seems to be burning rich looking at tailpipes. I'll tackle the air bag later as research indicates this may be a sensor issue not a fault. Thank you in advance for your time.

Banks follow the international standard. Bank 1 always has cyl 1 (cyls then alternate). On our cars bank 1 is R as per RHD / LHD.
On modern cars it's a mite challenging to use tail pipes as any kind of guide - OBD live data is better.
I think you have unusual codes so I'd be cautious as to their cause. Check JTIS.
