Pairing an HTC Vivid Android phone to 2010 XK Bluetooth

This phone was current in April, 2012, on AT&T, yet does not show on the list of phones in the Jaguar website...It runs Android 4.0.3, as does several of the phones on the approved list...

My RX Lexus and Tacoma truck pair fine...but not the Jag... :-(

Any help?

Not sure about Android but my iPhone5 paired up fine in my 07XK

My HTC Droid Incredible pairs fine with my '08 XKR. What it doesn't do is display names in the phone book and caller ID. Used to work fine when I had a non-smart phone. Aggravating but apparently a well known and common issue on the Jag software end.
