Pandora Spotify etc
Ok I’m a bit confused by the Bluetooth threads. I just connected my iPhone XR and the Bluetooth in the Jag no problem. So what s the simplest way to play music from the internet? I don’t want to install Apple car play just want to play music from Pandora Spotify accounts like my friends who have Toyotas!😳
If the Bluetooth connection is enabled for music then all you have to do is connect the phone to the car, select Bluetooth (or BT) as the source on the car entertainment screen and then fire up your preferred music source on the phone (streaming over the internet or stored on the phone memory) and it will play through the car audio system.
However, be aware that some cars are only configured for phone use over Bluetooth but will not play music. I suspect that this is the case with your car or you would have already solved your problem. You might well be able to get around this limitation by using a cable with a suitable adapter but without a change in hardware, Bluetooth music will probably not be possible.
