Default Parts woe: cooling fan C2D38737

Part rant, part question

What is happening with XK parts, seems impossible to get hold of things from Jaguar, out of stock and no delivery date with few aftermarket options. I knew the car would need some investment but never thought I would be off the road due to part availability.

I need a cooling fan for a 2010 XKR. C2D38737. Has anyone risked the Chinese alternatives from Aliexpress. Or does anyone in the UK have one with some known provenance while I wait for JLR.

Cheers

Thanks, but I need it in the UK or at least shippable. I have even trying to source one in Germany, where we have offices.

Had a similar problem when I had to get a headlight earlier this year. Rumour I heard a few times is JLR will not replace a lot of the out of stock parts now.

Ah, I had a similar issues trying to source a headliner in the U.S. Not going to lie it did make me question on whether or not I want to keep the car.

Have you tried Mahle Behr (OE) or Eurospare (OEM) in the UK?
