The struts are as new they the jag dealer is just telling me the bushes are all perished. I will wait and see if I can get to a local mechanic who has some experience with jags. I received some feedback from Baz a local forum subscriber who uses a few guys near my area. That may just be the best fix moving forward. I don't want to spend big dollars on something when it's not needed. My biggest concern at the moment is the pedestrian warning light. Apparently, that is something that "just happens"
