Default A-Pillar Trim Removal

Hi everyone, i posted this in the headliner thread, but it got buried. I got my headliner out today and cleaned off the old foam. In the process, i managed to break 3 out of the 4 plastic clips on the passenger side A pillar trim piece. I can jb weld the parts back together, but for the life of me, I can't get the trim off... it seems stuck down at the dash level. Any tips on how to get it out to make the repair easier? The driver side came out fine... no clips broken, and easy to remove.

if I recall correctly, it is the pressure of the dash on the trim that causes some friction. A good pull will release it.

Thanks... no luck it is really jammed in to the dash area. I'll attempt to repair in place.

After releasing the tabs, Try a sharp pull and concurrently rotating the part??
When I did my headliner, the original attachment of the a-pillar was very snug.
