In this photo I assume these are just hole covers for front plate bolts. As you can see they were once body color but is showing the black plastic underneath. Can these be pulled out for me to repaint? I gave a little tug, but they're in there pretty good.

 

i'd just buy some touch up paint and do it while on. Make sure they are dry and clean.

 

I do not believe those are OEM, they were added by someone to cover drilled holes.
